Microcosm Coffee Roasters is a family-run, micro-batch roastery based in West Boylston, Massachusetts. We roast on an all-electric, ventless roaster - no combustion, no gas - and source from farmer-owned cooperatives, each vetted on its own terms - whether Fair Trade certified, certified organic, or women-led. Your day already comes with enough decisions - we’d rather the coffee be the one thing you don’t have to feel conflicted about.

Most wedding beverage vendors pour alcohol or pull espresso. We do neither - just excellent cold brew, drip coffee, and dairy-free options, served fast and without pretense. And where most coffee carts serve someone else’s beans, we roast our own, sourced from cooperatives we can actually tell you about.

The quality of their coffee beans is exceptional and best I’ve tasted compared to multiple other products I’ve brewed at home in the past.     AWESOME COFFEE!

    Microcosm knows how to roast a batch of coffee! Our favorites are the Manos de Mujer Medium Roast and the Prismatic Blend dark. Just an incredible way to start the day!

    I am not usually a coffee drinker- however on an extremely hot summer day, an iced coffee sounded divine- and Microcosm coffee did wonders for me! Ben and Merry are a lovely couple, and I appreciate how dedicated they are to bringing delicious and ethically sourced coffee into the world. I enjoyed my refreshing iced latte, and I hope you'll give their monthly subscription a try- it's totally worth it!

    Some of the best beans you will find on the open market Microcosm has so many great options it's worth cycling through and finding your personal avorite. Can't recommend this enough

    Five stars for Microcosm Coffee due to my experience with on line ordering, delivery, owners professionalism and communication and coffee bean taste quality. Love the medium and medium to dark roasts. Freshly roasted bags have roasted date identified on bag. I’ve purchased their coffee for loved one’s gifts as well. Just placed another order today.
