Microcosm Coffee Roasters is a family-run, micro-batch roastery based in West Boylston, Massachusetts. We roast on an all-electric, ventless roaster - no combustion, no gas - and source from farmer-owned cooperatives, each vetted on its own terms - whether Fair Trade certified, certified organic, or women-led. Your day already comes with enough decisions - we’d rather the coffee be the one thing you don’t have to feel conflicted about.

Most wedding beverage vendors pour alcohol or pull espresso. We do neither - just excellent cold brew, drip coffee, and dairy-free options, served fast and without pretense. And where most coffee carts serve someone else’s beans, we roast our own, sourced from cooperatives we can actually tell you about.

    AWESOME COFFEE!

    Microcosm knows how to roast a batch of coffee! Our favorites are the Manos de Mujer Medium Roast and the Prismatic Blend dark. Just an incredible way to start the day!

    Amazing coffee, really nice packaging and fast shipping. The owners are really responsive as well and always willing to make things right. Highly recommend if you want consistent great coffee at your doorstep!
