Lucy's is an adorable horse trailer bar. Rustic Boho chic design with a rose gold domed ceiling. We bring the trailer to your event. We do not supply alcohol but we do bring the bartenders, mixers, fruit, plastic cups, straws, soda, juice, etc. You supply the alchohol and we mix up the fun.

By having the couple supply the alcohol, you control the expense of the party. You can have a couple of signature drinks, beer and wine or a full bar with drinks you know your friends and family will enjoy. There is no set package price for alcohol as with most venues. If you are having a large wedding, we set up a separate table with wine, beer, and signature drinks so your guest do not end up standing on a long line waiting for a drink, this allows the bartenders in the horse trailer to focus on fancy cocktails.

    Lucy’s Mobile Bar is the best!

    Highly recommend Lucy’s Mobile Bar for your next event! The bar is SO cute and the team goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is absolutely perfect for your party. It also makes for a fun photo op for guests! You will be so happy you booked them!

No. You buy the preferred alcohol and we bring the rest. This way you do not have to pay for alcohol you know your friends will not drink.
Yes we bring tonic, club soda, juices, bitters and anything special you request for your party.
Yes we have 2 bartenders for a normal size party of 100 and can supply additional bartenders if needed for a large party.
Yes we bring ice.
We tell you based on the number of guests exactly how much to buy.
Yes we have beautiful vines with fairy lights and flowers with nice wedding props. We do decorate to any theme of the party you are having.
By you supplying the alcohol, you can keep the cost of the bar under control instead of paying for a package or on consumption as most venues charge. You buy what your friends and family drink, not all the extras.
You would contact the venue and let them know you would like us as an extra bar for your party. Ask them how this could work. They might want to supply their own bartenders and stock the bar themselves so we would bring the trailer and decorate.
Yes. We get many requests to bring the trailer for a photo booth. That would be our basic package.
Of course! We love parties of any kind and will decorate according to the type of party you are having.
Yes and can supply you with a copy for your venue.
Yes we have professional bartenders and can provide additional bartenders if you are having a full bar with fancy cocktails.
Yes. You can have an alcohol free party with nice alternative mocktails or add them to your full bar as an alternative.
Yes. You can have your own bartenders. That would be the basic or the decorated package.
Yes our minimum is 4 hours and we can stay for an additional fee.
If you arrange for the full package, yes we will take the trailer with us when we leave. If you want the trailer for your own bartenders or as photo booth we can come back the next day or pick up when your party is over.
13 feet long and 6 feet wide. So make sure your space is wide enough for us to get through. Fences have to have large opening for us to back into.
That would require a permit from your town. Check with the town hall.
No. Within a 30 mile radius the travel is included. Outside the miles there is an additional fee which will be calculated at the time you inquire on our website.
Yes they are included. We have bourbon barrels which are in most of the pictures. We also have wine barrels which are the color of the bar surface so more lighter in color.
Yes but only if you pick up and bring them back to our location.
Yes as long as there is a adequate opening for us to fit through.
We set up our own 10x10 tent for guests to stand under to get a cocktail. We also bring umbrellas to usher guests from one tent to another or inside.
Well you would first have to see if the venue would like us to be there. If there is a patio or covered area, you could rent a heater or have a fire pit and we would set up as usual. Sometimes people will have us as a separate bar outside with cigars and bourban.
Yes but based on availability. Next available booking.
If you reschedule your wedding for a later date we hold your deposit. If you cancel your wedding without rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable.
We can recommend vendors we have worked with before.
Of course! We have several suggestions and will either write them on a chalkboard or provide a frame for each drink with artwork. Couples frequently like to include their pets in the drink name so we provide a card with the ingredients and a picture or your pet. Salty dog with your dog is an example. If you have a favorite cocktail, we just give it a fancy name and make it the way you like it.
Frequently we request that you have an extra table available where we put all your extra alcohol, leave some cups and mixers with fruit so your party can continue without us. As soon as we pull away, you are responsible for your guests.
