    Best mobile bar in Bucks County!

    I can't say enough positive things about Paul and Liz in helping make our wedding amazing. The VW bus was absolutely perfect for the reception and was a centerpiece of fun and smiles. They perfectly handled the 150 guests with ease! Plus all the help they gave getting ready days and weeks before...always ready to take call at anytime...to a seamless wedding day...and all the help afterwards.     Look no further for a mobile bar!

    "Paul and Liz were so great to work with when planning the party. They were very helpful in constructing our signature cocktail list along with a shopping list for all the items we needed. On the day of the event they arrived early to set up and have things all ready for when our guests arrived. The camper was decorated and well lit and was the centerpiece of the party.     Love Libation Station!

    Working with Libation Station is a fun collaboration because they don't just show up....they create with you so you get an original bar that is exactly what you want! However, I get the feeling they would do a great job if you did just ask them to "just show up"!

We provide the unique experience and atmosphere of the classic VW Bus Bar, complete with beer dispensing systems and liquor and wine bars. We also have a vintage 1958 Scotty Camper that is equipped with a beer dispensing system and a full liquor and wine bar. We provide ice chests and all the items needed to provide a fully functioning bar for you and your guests along with vintage decor to create a fun and unique vibe for your event.
We need enough room to maneuver and park a van. Level and flat ground is required. We are not responsible for any damage to lawns, although with planning we do not anticipate any damage to property.
Yes. 120 volts is usually adequate. However, if electricity is not available we can supply a small generator for an additional charge.
We service Bucks and Montgomery counties as well as some areas in New Jersey and Philadelphia. We typically include transportation for up to a 25-mile radius from Doylestown, PA. We can transport to areas outside that radius with an additional per mile transportation fee.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining payment is due 21 days prior to the event date. A refundable security deposit is also required.
Each Libation Station vehicle is unique and classic. Our 1961 VW Bus, 1974 VW Bus, and 1958 Scotty Camper will all impress your guests. We can provide glassware and upscale plastic drinkware, lanterns or string lights, and more if your event requires a more sophisticated look. Fun yard games like Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, and Spike Ball are also available.
Yes! We have vintage and current decor for any event. We would ask that you discuss any other decor you have in mind with us since we do not want to damage the vehicles.
PA Law prohibits us from providing alcohol, therefore you will need to provide your alcohol. Purchasing your own alcohol is less expensive than what a caterer or temporary bartender would charge - and you get to keep what is leftover! We are happy to consult with you about your event and customize a suggested list of items for you to purchase to ensure you and your guests have all that you need. If you prefer a full-service experience with alcohol and additional items such as food items or on-site BBQ please ask us about full-service events catering!
