Excess Coffee Company is a Specialty Coffee Bar for weddings and events! Our team of experienced baristas specialize in pouring beautiful and delicious espresso beverages that will surely liven and wow everyone. We have custom drink menus that showcase the Bride and Grooms favorite drinks, guests can honor the newlyweds by toasting with their favorite coffee beverage!

Excess Coffee denotes overflowing and abundance of love, warmth, and of course, coffee! Our hope is to bring a one-of-a kind experience of beauty and togetherness to your special day by serving the cozy drink everyone gathers for. We are ecstatic to be able to share our gifting and passion of coffee with you all.

The Standard: Simple & Special

Description

Full espresso bar accompanied with decaf and regular coffee. ​ Drinks are served in 12oz cups with standard cup sleeves. ​ Four syrups that can be added to any drink. ​ Milk options included are whole and skim milk to make delicious milk espresso beverages. ​ Special requests are welcomed

The Executive: All-inclusive

Description

Full espresso bar accompanied with decaf and regular coffee. All drinks are served in 12oz cups with custom cup sleeves designed just for you! Four syrups can be added to any drink. Plus mocha and white chocolate mocha syrups. These additional syrups will offer a more diverse flavor profile for espresso drinks and give the option for hot chocolates Alternative non-dairy milk available including soy, almond, oat and coconut. Custom menu that highlights the bride and grooms favorite drinks.

    Coffee should be at every wedding

    Working with Danielle is always amazing. Not only is she kind, professional and goes above and beyond for her brides, her coffee is delicious. She takes time to create beautiful coffee pours for each drink she serves a cup. If you are looking for an alternative to alcohol at your wedding this is the way to go! Or if coffee holds a special place in your heart this is your sign to hire Danielle!

No delivery fees!
Yes, our event minimum is $1,200 for all weddings.
We do not offer tastings. However, we serve Stone Creek Coffee and their coffee can be tasted at any of their Milwaukee area locations. We serve Stone Creek's Green Bike roast for our espresso (this is their house espresso that you get in all their espresso drinks). We also serve Stone Creeks Cream City roast (medium roast) for our regular drip coffee.
We do not require any in person meetings before day of event. However they are welcome upon request. All communication and correspondence is done through email or over the phone.
We do not have rental service. We bring in our mobile coffee bar to serve at your event.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 3 months in advance.
We serve anywhere in the State of Wisconsin.
We can provide alternative milk options such as almond and oat milk for individuals with dairy restrictions.
We do not offer cake cutting service.
