    5 Stars - Exceptional service!

    We hired Byrdie Bar for our wedding in 2024, and we are beyond thrilled with the service they provided. From the very first interaction, Kristine impressed us with her quick responses to emails and questions, making the planning process so easy. On the day of our wedding, the cocktails were nothing short of delicious—each drink was expertly crafted and beautifully presented, with a wide variety to cater to all tastes. The staff went above and beyond, regularly checking in on us to ensure we were well taken care of, which made us feel incredibly valued. Every detail, from the presentation of the bar to the personalized touch in the drinks, was absolutely flawless. It was like our consultation calls literally came to life. I’ve attended many weddings, and this service was truly a class apart. The professionalism, attentiveness, and quality of service made our special day even more memorable.     Byrdie’s the best!

    We had the Brew Byrd at our son's first birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect! The tap truck was such a cool touch and really added a fun, unique vibe to the event. The drinks were fantastic — refreshing, well-made, and definitely a hit with all the guests. The service was top-notch as well. The bartenders were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. It made our celebration extra special, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Byrdie Bar for any event!

The signature cocktails were a huge hit — so creative and delicious, and they perfectly captured the vibe of our celebration. We also loved the personalized touches, like the stir sticks with our dog’s photo and the custom signs. It made everything feel so special and unique to us. The bartenders were professional and super friendly, and they kept the drinks flowing all night. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Byrdie for any event!

    We loved the Brew Byrd!

    We hired Byrdie Bar for our wedding in September and absolutely loved the experience of working with them! They were professional, stuck to our budget and even acquired an awesome Super Van before our wedding that we were able to add on to our package! We would definitely hire them again.

We include 30 miles of round-trip travel from 48072 in the rental. However, we do go farther! Events outside of our home base will be an additional charge of $2/mile there and back. Shoot us a message and we can customize a quote depending on your location.
The Byrd measures in at 16ft long, 8ft 3in tall, and 7ft wide with her serving window extending another 3ft. We will need enough clearance to drive up with the tow vehicle, and pull away once she is disconnected. Brew Byrd measures in at 6ft wide, 13.5 ft long and 6ft 8in tall. For help determining if either will fit in your event space, reach out to us.
The state of Michigan does not allow a liquor license without a brick and mortar location, which means unfortunately, we can’t provide the booze. We will however work very closely with you to create your perfect drink menu and estimate how much beer, wine, and alcohol you will need. We can call the approved order into our preferred vendor, and get you your liquor at retail price, with no additional markup, but the host of the party will have to make this purchase separately from Byrdie Bar.
Yes, we carry Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance, as well as all of our bartenders are all up to date on their TIPS certifications, a Michigan alcohol server training that ensures responsible alcohol service, professionalism, and customer service skills. We also can add your venue to our insurance as an additional insured if requested.
No. Based on our conversation in regards to your event, we’ll estimate how much beer, wine, and alcohol you will need. You buy the alcohol, but we do all the work. We’ll prepare a detailed list for you to look over that will include the best brands to buy that won’t break the bank, and once it’s approved and paid for, we handle the rest (including delivery to your event venue).
