Yes, we are always happy to take requests from our couples. We are also happy to take requests from you guests, as long as you are OK with us doing so.

Our staff typically arrives between 90 and 60 minutes prior to the start time of your event (depending on how much equipment they have to set up). Our goal is to be fully ready to go no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time of your event, just in case your guests arrive a little early.
