Steven Sievers, owner of Showcase DJ, has been practicing his craft for more than twenty years. He is an experienced Wedding DJ and Master of Ceremonies and has performed at over 1,500 successful weddings during his career. His attention to detail and easy going personality will insure that the bride and groom have a very fun and stress free wedding reception. His goal is to make your special day perfect. Steve specializes in Wedding coordination and planning and he will insure that your special event runs smoothly and that all of your needs are met.

Personal Service is what it's all about. You are not "brokered" to a DJ after speaking with the company owner, you GET the owner, and all of his experience. Showcase DJ also has HUNDREDS of 5 Star Reviews, and no negative reviews. You get awesome, professional service every time. Steven is also known for his accomplishments as a recording engineer and music producer. He has completed the Recording Engineer and Music Business programs at Cypress College in Cypress, CA. He also has a bachelors degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.

    Showcase DJ

    Steve Sievers of Showcase DJ supplied the music for our daughter and her new husband’s wedding reception at The Hacienda in Santa Ana. He worked with the couple on a playlist and announcements. Everyone danced all night long. Highly recommend!

    Read the Room and Set the Tone

    Our venue had a short list of DJs we were required to reserve, but Showcase DJ (Steven) was THE BEST! From the very beginning he was communicative via email and phone, made song selection and playlist organization easy, and delivered a seamless experience for the whole wedding. From the requested songs we provided, he had nearly every wedding guest on their feet from start to finish. He mixed old school songs with new hits and I was so surprised to see how many people were on the dance floor the whole time!

Yes. It is important to confirm your booking in writing. Terms should be clearly defined to avoid future problems. Showcase DJ provides a written contract for your event.
Showcase DJ Service is a licensed, insured company providing quality entertainment for over 20 years. Showcase is owned and operated by Steve Sievers. He has performed at hundreds of successful weddings since 1999. Showcase DJ believes in providing professional service with honesty, integrity, and responsibility.
A 4-hour engagement means four hours of entertainment. There is no charge for the set-up one hour prior to the event, breakdown or travel time. Also included is a DJ Host dressed in professional attire fitting to the occasion. Music selections ranging from oldies to current top forty are available choose from and a DJ will be a master of ceremonies to make all announcements throughout your event.
We carry every style of music. We have access to virtually any song at your event.
In order to maintain a standard of excellence we always have customers evaluate our service by completing a review. These customers have indicated that you may contact them for referral. Please call us and we will be glad to provide you a package of evaluations of Showcase DJ.
Yes. A signed contract will be provided and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a specific date for your event. The balance of the contract is due one week before the date of your event. You can pay by cash, cashier’s check, money order, personal check, or credit card.
You can e-mail us at Info@showcasedj.com or call us at (714) 292-3430 to schedule an appointment. Day and Evening appointments are available seven days a week. A representative can meet with you at your home, or at a local coffee shop in the area. Zoom, Skype, or Phone meetings are also available. Most consultations last around 30 minutes.
Overtime is always available and is at the discretion of the customer. Rates vary based on the date and time of the event.
Yes! We have all the necessary liability insurances that most venues require. We can also add your venue as Additional Insured at their request.
$0! All travel, set-up, and break down is on our own time. You only pay for the Entertainment time.
In general, yes, but ultimately it is up to the client! When planning for the event, our couples can choose as many songs as they like. We will have and play all the music that you request. Guests can also make requests at the Wedding, if the Bride couple says that it is ok to do so.
