Music by Molly, LLC was started as a way to share my passion for music in a way that helps couples experience their wedding day to the fullest. I am a professionally trained vocalist with over 10 years of experience in planning, directing, and performing liturgical services and wedding ceremonies, as well as performing at social events, wineries, coffee houses, and the like. While I am a vocalist and music director by trade, I have a network of pianists, other singers, and other instrumentalists with whom I frequently work.

My two most popular packages are: • Music Coordinator + Vocalist and/or Director: In this role, I will help you plan all your music choices, take care of coordinating musicians, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Think of me as your wedding planner for all things music. • Solo Vocalist: If you have someone taking care of your logistical needs but need a soloist or one more alto for your small group, I’m your singer! • Catholic/Religious weddings are my specialty as this is my line of work at my own parish.

My instrument is my voice. As part of my music coordination package, I am happy to help secure a pianist or other type of instrumentalist for your ceremony from my network of musicians.

I specialize in providing music for Catholic wedding ceremonies (with or without Mass). I can also provide services for non-Catholic weddings and cocktail hours lasting approximately 1-2 hours.
For Catholic weddings, I typically arrive one to one and a half hours prior to the ceremony. For other types of events, I typically arrive 1-2 hours early depending on what type of set-up is required.
The latest you should book your musicians in terms of prep time is three months out, though musicians' calendars get full too, so once you know who you want, it's best to book as soon as possible.
After our initial consultation and once the contract has been signed, I will give the couple a music planning worksheet to start coming up with ideas for the music they want. We will meet no later than three months prior to the event date to finalize music choices for the ceremony. I will make sure all other musicians have the information they need approximately two months before the event and I will coordinate rehearsal times with the other musicians before the event date.
