Ezgi has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Center, the Kimmel Center, the Kennedy Center, and various overseas venues; she also takes part in orchestras, ensembles, and special events in and around the greater Philadelphia area.

Ezgi loves creating new arrangements that span a range of styles and genres. Ezgi and a pianist played at our wedding ceremony this weekend and made all of our dreams come true. From covers of classic love songs and Broadway to Catholic hymns, their range and skill was incredibly impressive, and Ezgi was so easy to work with leading up to the day of. Ezgi brought a string trio to our wedding, of highly accomplished and expressive musicians. She provided a large selection of music to choose from, and was very willing to make arrangements of additional special requests. We integrated the music into our ceremony, including soft classical music playing during our vows and it was impactful, beautiful, and elegant. Ezgi is very professional in communication and timeliness.

The default is elegant black outfit, but I am happy to match my dress to your event theme color such as bridesmaids' dress color or the decoration of the venue.

Yes, learning new songs is not a problem. There were times in the past that I arranged string quartets for the pieces that were written specially for the brides.

I enjoy connecting with the couples and the guests to celebrate their special day where as some other musicians consider this as only business. Also, in addition to ensemble playing, I offer performing solo cello with pre-recorded backing tracks (that are special arrangements recorded by me).

Yes, I do take music requests.

Yes, I mainly provide for ceremony and/ or cocktail hours. If you need a bigger band to complete the rest of the night, I can also provide a band.

Yes, I do. Even if I am not familiar with every cultural and religious music in the world, I like researching and learning about other cultures. I am happy to connect with ethnic musicians.

I am a classically trained cellist, but in addition to classical music, I play various styles.

It depends on the set up and the venue. I usually arrive 30-60 minutes earlier than the start time (of the prelude).

No, unfortunately, I don't.

When I give the estimate, that number usually includes everything such as travel, taxes, booking, sheet music purchase or arrangement, musician contracting, practice and preparation time, equipment, etc.
