DJ Bertie plays everywhere from Colorado’s legendary ski resorts to mountain weddings and clubs. As a full-time DJ, music isn’t just something he does on weekends — it’s his career, passion, and the heartbeat of every celebration. The dance floor will be packed with seamless transitions, and every song will flow together from the “I do” to the last dance of the night. Whether you envision a nightclub vibe, a classic wedding theme, keeping all ages involved, or something unique, we will make it happen.
In addition to weddings, DJ Bertie has multiple bar and club residencies throughout Colorado. He also produces remixes and competes in DJ battles, so even wedding sets go beyond ‘just pressing play’.

We hired Alex for our wedding and have gotten non-stop compliments about how great of a DJ he was! We didn't give him much guidance, but the little we did give him, he took seriously and followed through. We hired DJ Bertie for our wedding and couldn't have asked for better service. From the start, his communication was professional and he always got back to us quickly with answers to our questions. During the ceremony, he provided amazing music that set the perfect tone for the moment. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing—his expertise showed in every detail. DJ Bertie killed it at our wedding at camp hale. We sent him a playlist of songs we liked and he used that to mix together some bangers. Our guest are still raving about the music!

Great tunes

A DJ Who Truly Knows How to Read a Room
DJ Birdie was hands down one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding. Music was one of the most important parts of the day for us, so finding the right DJ mattered—and he exceeded every expectation. From our first conversation, he was responsive, easy to work with, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the planning process. We had a few unique requests for our ceremony music, including some tricky timing and transitions, and he absolutely nailed every single one. Everything happened exactly when it was supposed to, which made the ceremony feel effortless. When it came to the reception, we decided to trust him and told him to play whatever he thought would keep people on the dance floor. Looking back, that was one of the best decisions we made. He has an incredible feel for the room and somehow always knew exactly what song to play next. Looking around and seeing our friends from every stage of life, along with our parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents all out on the dance floor together was one of our favorite parts of the night. The dance floor stayed packed all night, and multiple guests have told us it was one of the most fun weddings they’ve ever been to. Beyond being an incredible DJ, he’s simply a great person. He’s kind, professional, calm, and someone you can completely trust. On your wedding day there are so many things to think about, but the music was never one of them because we knew DJ Birdie had it covered. We would hire DJ Birdie again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for someone who will make your wedding feel like one big celebration from start to finish, book DJ Birdie. You won’t regret it. 11/10 recommend!
