Ana Carita ~ Violinist

Ana Carita is a professional violinist with over 30 years of performance experience, now based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Originally from the West Coast of Canada, she trained at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and in Contemporary Music + Technology at Selkirk College in Nelson, BC. Her artistry reflects a versatile and refined approach to live performance, blending classical, contemporary, folk, jazz, modern pop, and timeless classics to suit weddings, events, and cultural engagements throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota.

Clients work directly with Ana from the first consult. She offers a 1:1 consultation before booking, with clear communication and planning throughout. A venue visit and communication/coordination with the wedding director can be expected when booking Ana. Performing with top-shelf professional sound equipment, Ana ensures her violin carries beautifully in any setting. She also provides audio support for couples and officiants, offering both wired and wireless microphone options run through her PA system.
