The property comprises of 40 acres, complete with not only the Venue but a lush Vineyard, Willow trees, two ponds and tall golden prairie grass. Outdoor ceremony lawn with Pergola. Ceremony site overlooks the large pond, vineyard and beautiful hillside to create a picturesque backdrop. Guests will enjoy the outdoor patio lounge space during your welcome hour, cocktail hour, and well into the evening when the sun sets and the bistro lights create the perfect outdoor space. The climate controlled indoor space can seat up to 300 of your friends and family members to enjoy a beautiful dinner in your honor. The space is set with an overlooking mezzanine and loft to create a very intimate feeling for your event. The Rewind staff and venue made for an incredible experience. They were incredibly responsive and allowed us to enjoy our day. They tailored to our every need and anticipated challenges before they occurred and treated our guests with respect. Cannot recommend enough, Bryn, Casey, and supporting staff made our day amazing and seamless! They listened to our wants and met us with full weekend service. We booked our meet and greet Friday evening and reception Saturday and had a seemingly flawless weekend thanks to the REWIND venue and staff!

The communication with The Kirkwood Event Space was very easy and quick, making the planning process a breeze. The space itself is historic with an industrial and modern spin, creating a truly unique atmosphere that made for one-of-a-kind wedding photos. The staff went above and beyond, bending over backwards to help us with any request and adding special touches that made our day even more memorable. This was hands down the best venue we could have chosen for our wedding, and we can't imagine having used anyone else for our big day.

Downtown Preservation Partners led a restoration team experienced in historic rehabilitation. The pre-renovation building was missing its cornice and awnings, and most exterior windows were damaged. While the interior architecture is the "real jewel," architects carefully restored the exterior to its original look.
