We do allow our couples to choose their own vendors! All of your vendors will need to read and sign our “Vendor Agreement” prior to your event date so they are aware of venue expectations. This will help ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day!
Yes! Since we do not carry a liquor license, you are welcome to bring your own. We will require a copy of your homeowners insurance policy with an “Event Policy” naming Deer Ridge at Lexington, LLC as an additional insured. You will need to contact your insurance agent for details.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. But cafe lights are already hung...and included with your rental!
We have 30, 72” Round tables that seat 10 people each for your reception. 10, 8’ Banquet (rectangle) tables to be used for head table, gifts, food, etc. 300, beautiful white crossback chairs for your reception, and 300 white folding chairs for your ceremony should you chose to have it on-site or at Lake of Three Fires.
As much as we like animals...please leave them at home. Not pets are permitted anywhere on the property.
We ask that the venue is left just like you found it. You will be responsible for removing personal items, emptying trash, and sweeping the floors. Our staff will take care of cleaning the restrooms, washing linens, and mopping floors.
Only battery operated candles are permitted.
Our venue's versatility makes it ideal for any type of event or celebration. Small or large, casual or elegant -- weddings/receptions, corporate functions and employee/customer meetings, family reunions, banquets, auctions, fundraisers, etc. We want to hear your ideas! We can comfortably accommodate 375 guests indoors. This includes ample area for buffet, bar, and dance floor. Two large, all glass garage doors lead to a 2000 sq/ft covered patio which extends your entertainment space.
At Deer Ridge at Lexington we only host one wedding / event each weekend to ensure that each celebration is special and receives our full attention.​​ *Holiday Weekends will be an exception due to demand.
