My name is Rachel and I am the lead floral designer of Velvet Blooms. After studying music with an emphasis in vocals, I began to rethink what my creative path would be. With mentors such as Laura Williams of Poppy Hill Flowers and good friend Kelsea Olivia Gaynor of East Olivia, I began my journey into floral design and never looked back!

I am Kirsten and in January 2018 I said goodbye to my full time job as an administrative assistant and hello to stepping in faith and starting my own business!
