Only the freshest ingredients are used and we have many references to we provide what we promise. We also specialize in special eating requests such as Gluten free, Vegan, etc.

“I contacted Marinades Grill, Julian, to cater a "Green Luncheon" at a local park. We wanted to outsource local farms, organic if possible and Julian was able to come up with fabulous ideas. We had a large variety of foods to choose from and we made the right choices! The guests raved about the food, the presentation was very nice and the ease of working with Marinades Grill was greatly appreciated! We hope to work with Marinades Grill in the future!”

“After a caterer debacle forced me to cancel my caterer only a few weeks before my wedding, Black Radish jumped in and was absolutely fantastic. Given they only had a few weeks to prepare and we were changing details up to the day before the wedding, I expected a few mishaps with the catering the day of. There were none. The food was excellent and everyone was raving about the food even after the wedding. I also cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were friendly, professional, and far exceeded my expectations. Everything went seamlessly and I cannot recommend them enough.”

The hardest decision you will have to make is which items to cut because they're all SO GOOD! From a buffet style to plated dinners, we've been lucky to encounter FOC at many of our friends' weddings and other events in the last 7 years also. Since our wedding, we've utilized FOC for their event space and catering for our other important events, i.e. baby shower, first birthdays, holiday meals, etc. The professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction are of utmost importance and it fully shows in every aspect of their operation.
