LadyFingers Catering

LadyFingers is a boutique caterer, providing couples with a unique, customized experience. We feature personal service and food that is meticulously prepared by hand from local ingredients. Before the big day, we offer showers (brunches, luncheons, tea parties) and rehearsal dinners. On wedding day, we offer cocktail receptions including hors d’oeuvres, appetizers and food stations. For small, intimate groups, we offer multi-course sit-down dinners. And for those who want something for special guests between the ceremony and reception, we offer amazing European-Style Intermezzos.

One very special thing about LadyFingers is the LadyFingers Garden. In season, we grow all of our own vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini and more. And we grow every fresh herb you can imagine! Many of the items you will be served have been picked from the LadyFingers garden that day! And we are happy to accommodate special requests! We have become well-known in the vegan community, and are happy to work with most dietary life-styles and/or restrictions.

We do not do drop-off, only full service catering, so delivery fees are not applicable.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.

We serve the Greater Pittsburgh area and all of Allegheny County. We serve select areas in surrounding counties.
Yes we do. Because we are a boutique catering service, we work with smaller events than many caterers. All of our food is hand-made, and all of our ingredients are hand-selected. Our guest count maximums are in place to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality food, and the most professional service available in our area. - For a cocktail reception with heavy appetizers and hors d'oeuvres, we can accommodate up to 100 guests - For a reception featuring Food Stations, we can accommodate up to 80 guests - For a buffet, we can accommodate up to 60 guests - For a multi-course sit-down meal, we can accommodate up to 20 guests
We do not have standard menus with pricing. All of our menus are created specifically for each individual customer. Once we have been in contact, and have learned about all of your preferences, we will prepare customized menus with pricing for you to review. From there, we will work to create your dream menu!
