Hi! My name is Herti. I’m originally from Albania where I first started doing photography and then moved to NY, that was about 5 years ago. It’s an incredible feeling being the one person your couple trusts with capturing moments of their life. That’s why I put a lot of thought in every wedding I shoot. I sit down with the couple before the wedding, talk to them and get to know them. So when the day of the wedding comes they know they have nothing to worry about regarding photography. I’m a strong believer on telling a story through photography and give everyone who looks at your pictures a glimpse of your love.

I found my way behind the camera after years of art directing in the fashion industry in NYC. I always loved photography as it captures a moment in time, frozen forever. Taking my knowledge & experience from my fashion days, mixing it with my love for romance, love & art I made the leap to weddings. I photograph film in which I believe that is has a romantic dreamy elegance that only film can capture. I’m based in Honolulu,Hawaii, and I love to travel. Exploring the world to learn about new cultures, meet new people, get lost in a museum and drive the countrysides taking in the sublime sceneries around brings me joy.

My wife Nicole and I love to travel and are huge foodies. We have a dog and enjoy finding new hikes to take him on as much as we can. We are very family oriented and enjoy having game night with friends whenever we can :)

When I’m not photographing amazing people, you'll find me hiking in the Hudson Valley with my family, brunching with my girlfriends, or planning my next vacation (mostly likely on a beach somewhere). I'm obsessed with warm weather, family gatherings, and sunsets. When it's chilly out, you'll find me with a hot cocoa in hand. If there's music on, it's likely country or throwback 80s jams. I reside in Jersey City, New Jersey, serving New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and beyond. I grew up surrounded by family photos. My parents had a professional photography business, Infinity Photography, back in the days of film. My friend asked me to do her senior portraits, so I started my photography business after my parent's business was closed for nearly 20 years. Fun fact, I chose "Grey" because I'm a nerd, and I love Jean Grey - she's my fave X-men. Also, my name is hard to spell, especially when you hear it. It's like "Leah" with a "Tuh."

I want to capture all your in-between moments, those are my favorite, the way you guys sneak looks and steal kisses. I don’t want to be just another person who shows up and waves a black box in your face. I want your photos to represent your effortless connection, the closeness with your person, and all the other things that make you guys YOU! I am inspired by your love and I want to capture YOUR raw and real story. I want to tell it through my photos. I'm a wedding, lifestyle, and branding photographer located on Long Island, New York, but I love to travel! I'm an advocate for making your cherished memories last forever. I love to read, watch a good stand-up comedy show, and I'm always down for a cup of coffee.

My passion for photography started at a very young age. Polaroid,Kodak, disposable cameras anything I could get my hands on for as long as I can remember. After working for several years in photojournalism and editing I decided to make the switch to a full time wedding photographer in 2010. I haven’t looked back since. I love the rush and excitement of the wedding day. The ability to meet new people and travel new places. Every weekend I get to experience different families, friends, foods and cultures. It’s not a job it’s a gift. My gift in return to you is images I pour my heart and soul into.

I’m into spending all my time at a beach every chance I get, having my nose stuck in a book and if there were no biological consequences, I’d be eating chocolate and drinking tequila all day. I’m half Indian and half Chinese and multilingual (I speak Bahasa, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese). I was born and raised in Malaysia, did a little stint in Japan, attended law school and landed New York City.
