We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. She was respectful of our budget, had a clear, well-structured contract, and payment through her professional portal was incredibly easy. Everything was delivered, set-up, and cleaned up flawlessly and on-time. Importantly, if there were any issues day-of, we didn’t hear about it or take on any of that stress (though with her careful planning, I bet there weren’t any fires to put out!) While these sound like boring logistics, all of this professional preparation on N&V’s part saved us a ton of time and stress wedding planning. Positivity and good energy: Naomi herself is the warmest and most effusively positive person - that was clear from our very first consultation call with her and was even more true on the day of our wedding. The flowers were even better than I imagined and the number one thing people have asked about when they see our pictures was "who did your flowers, they were beautiful." I had no idea the impact they'd have on the feel of the day, but they made everything even more magical. My bouquet was so perfect. The bridesmaid's bouquets were perfect with their dresses. Abby was responsive and easy to work with. I had some ideas, but she was able to take my thoughts and make a really cohesive look and feel across the ceremony, reception and our personal flowers. We ended up donating our flowers through the Reflower Project and she coordinated with them for us and made everything so easy. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!”
