I connected with Lavender Haze because I was looking for some help with decorating & a few day of coordinating tasks & we received SOOO much more. Destany & Kate absolutely knocked it out of the park. Right before we arrived to the venue we realized that we completely forgot to pick up our cake the day prior. It was just a small cake just for my husband & I so we were not too worried about it & decided to just let it go. Well, Destany did NOT let it go lol! The girls went out of their way to go get us a new cake & decorate it with some of our florals, all without me even realizing! Everything ran so seamlessly because of them & I will forever be SO grateful that they were there for my big day. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“From the moment we first reached out to A New Leaf Florist, they were quick to respond and reassure us that they could bring our wedding flower vision to life. Their communication style was expressive, they provided detailed descriptions and photos to help us see the gorgeous and unique floral designs they could create. “There is a stress that goes without understanding or comparison when you are a bride. Adding nursing school, a small budget, and a 200 guest list are a few additive stressors that I just would never recommend. However, one addition I would absolutely ALWAYS recommend is a wedding planner, specifically Brittany of Heirloom Design and Company. She took all the stressful factors I was handing her, and created a beautiful wedding out of them. She has been nothing short of a lifesaver and friend. When I had an idea, she would find how to adapt it into a beautifully cohesive addition to the day. When I had a not so great idea, she used her expertise to graciously direct me back towards the direction that she knew I was aiming for. My wedding day was nothing short of gorgeous, and I usually have trouble boastfully claiming the beauty of my own things, but I truly believe that because of Brittany's help I had the most darling and memorable wedding. While on my honeymoon, my mother would text me that our guests had told her in the following week that my wedding looked and felt like a fairytale, or something straight out of a Hallmark movie. As a student and a full time healthcare worker, there is no way in the world that my wedding would have been anything close to what it was without her help. She was a friend throughout the whole process, easing concerns and injecting excitement along the way. I am so saddened that our conversations about wedding planning are over, but so happy we got to bear witness to the fruits of our labor!! She is awesome, guys, seriously.
