I am originally from Montreal, Canada and I grew up in a French culture that welcomed rich pastries and sweets, which is probably where I get my baking drive from. Chez Peachy was originally founded in 2016 in Montreal, Canada, and then moved to NYC, and finally relocated to Tucson, Arizona. “Chez Peachy” is a French term that means "At Peachy's Place". "Peachy" was a nickname given to me from birth.

What started as a love of French cuisine quickly became something bigger- a food trailer where every crepe is made fresh to order, filled with housemade ingredients that set us apart. Our buttery golden batter has a few key secrets (we'll never tell!) that keep guests coming back, event after event.

We have been serving Therapy with a cherry since 1986. I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska surrounded by weddings and events. My family owns an event venue there still. I took a detour and played professional golf for a number of years before A. Cakes was born in 2021. It was only fitting that I come full circle and work back in the wedding industry where my heart truly lies. I am in love with the process of learning, practicing and executing new and fun techniques on my clients’ cakes. More than that, creating a cake for someone’s special day gives me the most warm feeling. It’s truly why I do what I do.
