His entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened his first restaurant in Leominster in 2009. Within five years, he became a full-service Brazilian Steakhouse in 2018. During his career, Rodrigo has served the US Army for 3 years and devoted many hours to his local community. Twelve 31 opened as a catering company in 2018. Our owner and Chef, Melissa Dolpies, spent more than twenty years in the food industry before starting Twelve 31. Melissa began her career in fine dining before making her way to work banquets and catering for numerous hotels in the Boston area. Twelve 31 has been catering events all over New Hampshire since 2018.
