I always love working with the crew at Sterling Ballroom at Double Tree. As a photographer, getting to see how the staff interacts with each other and vendors like me when the client isn’t looking speaks volumes about their management team and the overall vibe they bring to the table. You can tell they really care about the client’s experience and want to do their part to make everyone’s day special. That’s a rare quality.

Inspired by the creativity and energy of the Whitechapel District of London, this versatile venue strives to redefine how art permeates our daily life– be it through food, drink, performances, events, and other forms of artistic expression. Adaptive reuse takes a structure that has outlived its usefulness, deconstructs it, and rebirths it using its original construction material. During the deconstruction process, we harvested 72,000 bricks, over 3 tons of timbers, tin ceilings, doors, pipes and even plywood. The harvested material was used in the reconstruction process to pave the courtyard, build walls, furniture, bars, tables , tap handles, and more.
