Jarett Eymard and Rachel Carr Eymard bought a bread truck and converted it into a food truck in their back yard just in a couple of months! Jarett came up with the clever name 'Rue Chow' translating to 'street food' and it just stuck! She was classically trained at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2015.
