Chef John graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 1986 and his daughter Chef Jessica followed in 2000 as a graduate. They are the masterminds behind menu creations and flavors. Tracie, John's wife, is the office and dining room manager. Our pricing is based on sourcing the best ingredients possible and by using local growers and product partners, whenever possible, to create an authentic Northern Michigan farm to table experience.
