Chef Anna, a Carmel-by-the-Sea native, began her career as a celebrity private chef while attending culinary school in San Francisco. Her classical training was complemented by deep nutritional education at The Esalen Institute and the Hippocrates Health Institute. As a sought-after wellness retreat chef and wedding chef, Chef Anna has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally. Her home base is Figure Eight Island, NC. A true hospitality professional, Chef Anna received the Michelin Key award in 2024 and 2025.

I purchased my first cart, and opened Char-cute-erie a few months later. I have a passion for making our customers' events the best day of their lives, making it easy and effortless to get the service they desire!
