I’ve worked so many brides wedding days there and see the way they operate so choosing them for my special day was a no brainer. From the day I booked, through a pandemic (original date 3/28/20), and to my new wedding date (9/18/20) Vanessa, Mike, and Jay were there every step of the way!! They were always a phone call away and helped me with every question or concern that I had! This place is THE. REAL. DEAL!!! They always go above & beyond for every single one of their couples! The food, service and the staff is unbeatable! My guests are still talking about how amazing everything was!! My husband & I can’t thank The Balcony enough for everything they did to make our day PERFECT! We can’t wait to have another celebration there down the road to renew our vows :)

The NOCCA Foundation is the nonprofit that supports the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, which is Louisiana's arts conservatory for high school students. Our buildings date from the early 1800s and have been beautifully restored with modern amenities. Funds from rentals help support a range of programs for students, faculty, and the community, including an Artists-in-Residence program that brings up to 100 visiting artists into NOCCA's classrooms each year; professional development funds for NOCCA faculty; and a series of concerts, gallery exhibitions, readings, and classes for the community.

  • Offers full-service amenities
  • Pets can join the celebration

Venue considerations

The NOCCA Foundation was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. From the very first interaction, their team was incredibly easy to communicate with, providing quick responses and being genuinely supportive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is truly stunning - a large, spacious, and beautifully appointed space with full amenities that made our day feel so special. The garden was lush, and everything was in bloom (we had a May wedding). We didn't have to worry about anything, as the NOCCA Foundation team worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. We are so grateful to have celebrated our special day in such a gorgeous, well-equipped setting with a team that went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable!
