In the early 1970’s, Paul’s Pastry Shop located in Picayune, Mississippi, began filling the King Cakes with an assortment of Fruits and Cream Cheese, then topping them with the brightly colored Mardi Gras sugars and sliced almonds… thus beginning a new tradition of the Mardi Gras King Cake. Our customers not only have the choice of the traditional cinnamon king cake, but also an exotic, deliciously filled King Cake with your choice of up to four flavors in the same cake.

Founder of B A T T E R, Abi Caswell, has known since her first job in high school (working the counter at a cupcake shop) that she loved little, sweet treats. Abi left after 4 years, but never forgot the joy she felt serving customers their treats for special occasions. Abi, known to her friends and family as the "cupcake queen," was later always asked if she could make a small cake for various events. After denying many requests, Abi finally taught herself how to frost cakes.

At Debbie Does Doberge we make your classic New Orleans style doberge, with seven perfect layers of cake, six layers of pudding, and a poured-fondant icing. We make the classic lemon and chocolate, but see no reason to stop there. From Red Velvet to a boozy Bananas Foster, we make the perfect variety for mixing and matching flavors on your special day.

Creole Creamery was found right here in the heart of New Orleans and continues to be a local hot spot. Creole Creamery offers a wide variety of flavors from the classics to the unbelievable. Salt and Light Pastry Co. was founded in early 2018 in the vibrant city of New Orleans by Chef Ruby Shenk. Ruby was a Pastry Chef in the New Orleans restaurant scene for 6 years before starting her own business. Welcome! My name is Hailey I'm a baker and cake designer. Hailey Cakes LLC is a home-based bakery located in Gonzales, Louisiana. We specialize in full flavor cakes, cupcakes, and the occasional pie for weddings and any occasion!

We started by making birthday cakes for our children and very quickly grew into all kinds of confectionary deliciousness that we love sharing we everyone! Making events and weddings more beautiful through edible art is something we take very seriously, but we also know how to have fun too!

We not only pride ourselves in offering the most delicious macarons you might ever taste, but we also make sure they're made with high-quality ingredients. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
