The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.

Basil Place is a farm and wedding venue on a private, 100 acre estate. We prioritizes sustainability, permaculture, and ethical treatment to not only our farm animals, but all animals residing on our property.

32 West Eighth is housed in one of the most architecturally distinguished buildings in Erie. Original woodwork, plaster-relief ceilings, and marble-blocked corridors provide a truly unique venue for your special day. The Grand Ballroom opens up to two-story tall columns which draw your eye to the festive plaster relief ceiling. Front is the stage where you can dine with a view of the festivities. The Ballroom's floor is a suspended hardwood that allows you to dance the night away! While larger than the Grand Ballroom, Arcadia gives a more intimate feel with a lower ceiling and stone columns with flickering "candles". The Peacock Fountain and Fireplace add a quaint, old-world charm to the space and is perfect for themed events. The Lodge Room is perfect for wedding ceremonies – its spacious floor and stately columns add an air of elegance to your wedding… and with your entrance down the staircase your guests and partner left in awe!

The Center of Harmony is a lot of things. It is a historical 1875 Opera Hall that is a warm and intimate wedding, event, and concert venue. Whether it is a place to create a beautiful wedding, holding a workshop, or take a yoga class, the Opera Hall at the Center of Harmony is truly something special. If you would like to hold your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, family gathering, club meeting, or business seminar in Harmony, the Opera House is a great choice. We a blank canvas for you to get creative and have the event of your dreams. We provide the space, the tables and the chairs. You provide the decorations, caterer - any vendor - of your choosing. For weddings - you get the entire weekend to yourself. For other events - you get the entire day. We want you to relax and enjoy your event. Please note: the Center is on the second floor of an historic building in the center of Harmony. There is no elevator and no kitchen.

Butler's Grand Ballroom at Cornerstone Commons is located in downtown Butler, PA. It resides in a century old building that was originally designed by Thayer Architects of New Castle. Construction on the building was completed in early 1906. Upon arriving at Butler's Grand Ballroom, a golden elevator ride will transport you to third floor where elegance surrounds you with a timeless design of days gone by. Sixteen foot high coffered ceilings with gold egg and dart moldings, ten foot tall windows with oak trim and Williamsburg brass chandeliers provide a fairytale setting for your intimate wedding. Guests can mingle and enjoy cocktails & appetizers in the smaller Pearl Room before adjourning to the larger Diamond Room for dinner and dancing. Venue pricing can be found on our website. The Watson-Curtze Mansion is simply the most elegant and elevated wedding venue in northwest Pennsylvania. Our mansion would cost upwards of $50K to rent in the coastal cities, but we are proud to offer it an extremely affordable rate that will fit nearly every budget. Originally built in 1860 along Glen Eden Road, the barn, owned by the estate of Gene and Dee Graham, descendants of early settler of Cranberry Township, Matthew Graham, was slated to be sold as part of a real estate development and eventually torn down. The barn and farmhouse had been in the Graham family since its original construction, but was restored by Gene and Dee in the 1950’s as they started their own dairy farm, Brookvue Acres. For the next half century, the barn was the epicenter of daily life for the Graham family. All six children and numerous farm hands pitched in to help run the dairy. Resigned to spend more time with their grandchildren, the Grahams retired in 1998, happily closing that chapter of their life. Their legacy carries on in Graham Park, a donation of their farmlands to the community, in Cranberry Twp.
