The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. Overall,Glad Mouf exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for ANY special event. We'll definitely be using them again for future gatherings!”

“Wedding food sometimes gets a bad reputation, for good reason I suppose. But I can say definitively that Anyae and team cooked the best wedding meal I’ve ever had - I REALLY loved our dinner. Beyond that, out of all of our vendors, they were consistently one of the only ones we didn’t have to stress over. Anyae is consistently responsive (despite my many, many tedious questions), and her flexibility and caring nature truly went above and beyond even our best expectations. Anyae was not just a caterer - she became a confidant and a friend. We found Anyae when we had to fire our original caterer for basically ghosting us and being wishy-washy with poor communication regarding our reception venue’s simple requirements regarding open flame. Anyae stepped in and saved the day, despite a relatively quick turnaround (for weddings at least). We were so impressed with her team’s professionalism and DANG GOOD FOOD.
