“Miss Hamill’s was hands down our favorite vendor to work with for our 200-person wedding in Maine this past August! From start to finish, they were organized, thoughtful, and incredibly caring — you can truly tell that they love what they do. Jay and Danielle took the time to get to know us and our tastes, and their passion for food really showed. We had a pre-call to plan the menu, and they were so flexible and collaborative — offering fantastic suggestions for everything from passed appetizers to entrees. They designed a personalized, family-style dinner that felt so warm and special, and the use of seasonal ingredients elevated every dish. As a couple who loves trying new restaurants and unique flavors, we immediately connected with them over their shared love of food. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the meal was — so many people told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Their attention to detail went above and beyond. They built the most beautiful raw bar cart that added so much to our cocktail hour aesthetic and put together gorgeous table scapes for our charcuterie table. They even scraped all of our dinner plates (we sourced our own china) at the end of the night. They handled every twist and turn of the day with grace and smiles. Miss Hamill’s is everything you could want in a caterer — talented, professional, and genuinely kind people. If you’re lucky enough to book them, do it! You’ll be so glad you did.”

“I don't have enough words to express how incredible, amazing, joy-filled, and phenomenal my event was, thanks to Noire Chef Boston. The team's care and attention to detail transformed a lunch for people I adore into an unforgettable and delicious meal that we still talk about more than two years later. What started out as a pre-holiday afternoon meal turned into a moment of renewal, connection, fellowship, and delight. This is the powerful alchemy that Noire Chef unlocks each and every time. Of course, the food is extraordinary but it is the team's love, passion and comprehensive vision that make each meal a dream come to life that you will remember forever. I remain in awe.”
