“My wife and I booked the Royal Crest Room for a few reasons - they were extremely responsive and convenient to where we live in St. Cloud, you cannot beat the inclusive pricing, the facilities and decor are amazing, and we already knew we loved the food and bar service from visiting the restaurant while golfing. We decided on a Bridgerton themed wedding and the Magnolia Garden and cocktail hour space were the perfect vibe. The venue allowed us to have a horse and carriage on the tee box right next to the cocktail hour space, and the reception room with the included draping and chandeliers were perfect. Also, probably most importantly, the team made us feel wanted and loved. As a LGBT couple, we were worried that it would be difficult to find a venue and vendor team that made us feel just as comfortable as any other couple, but they exceeded our expectations. They made accommodations for us to use both locker rooms as bridal suites, ensured we were always comfortable with all of the decisions, and even let us do a re-tasting to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our dinner menu. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the bar service and service of the venue staff. Everything was perfect - so much so that MANY of our guests have asked us to throw anniversary parties here every year. The Royal Crest Room team was also incredibly responsive and flexible when communicating any questions or concerns, worked with us when we had a payment due but we were traveling internationally, and immediately corrected an issue with our sand ceremony equipment. We could not have asked for a better team for our special day and their preferred vendors list will help with any other special touches you want to add! We used many from that list and it was such a vibe when all our vendors knew each other or had worked together before, making the day flow smoothly. Highly recommend!!!”

“What a wonderful experience! Where to start. Samantha and Dawn were both amazing. Dawn was our photographer for our small wedding. We were so clueless on timing and how to do things. Samantha really stepped right in, created a timeline, and really knew what I was looking for. Dawn showed up early, I loved that! She really went above and beyond all day. I told her I needed her guidance and she really stepped up in so many ways. She made me feel so comfortable and even with my dress ripping, she still somehow made my pictures look better than I could have ever imagined. “I cannot recommend Kristal enough. As someone who almost never wears makeup, I was really nervous about the whole process. I also have lot of dark spots from previous acne scars that I wanted covered up. I also have 4b/4c hair, so I was worried about how my hair would hold up throughout the day. From the very beginning, Kristal was kind, communicative, and reassuring. During the trial, I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful the makeup looked. On the wedding day, she arrived promptly and kept everything running smoothly. We were actually ahead of schedule, which is a miracle on a wedding morning. Kristal did makeup and hair/makeup for my mom, aunt, sister‑in‑law, and me, and we all looked incredible. Everyone felt confident and comfortable, and our looks held up perfectly the entire day. “This is a wedding venue like no other! It is so unique, magical, and absolutely one-of-a-kind! Both the indoor barn and the outdoor parts of the venue are gorgeous. My husband and I chose to have our wedding completely outside. We were able to have three different areas outdoors for the reception, cocktail hour, and ceremony. The guests loved being able to go from place to place and it just flowed together so perfectly. The lighting, chandeliers and open skies made our night time wedding absolutely stunning for guests and photos! Erik has put so much work into the beautiful landscape, lighting, and outdoor layout that the only decor I needed were my centerpieces for my tables And a few things to make my wedding my own like signs, etc. Everything else was already there and absolutely beautiful. Erik went above and beyond for me by hanging disco balls, and he even surprised me and had his neighbors chickens For the day for my wedding because I love my chickens and am known for being a crazy chicken lady. That alone gives this place 1 million stars! Erik is attentive to the individual needs of the bride/groom as well as the guests. He puts so much detail, heart, and soul into everything he does. From the Airbnb, treehouse, to the actual venue itself. We loved having it all in one place as well. as the option to purchase the alcohol package and delicious food from his chef! “We loved working with Allie for our March wedding at the Garden Villa. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful in the planning process (we got a day-of-coordinator package but met with her a couple times beforehand to review details). On the day of, she made sure all decorations and people were where they were supposed to go, and did a great job with keeping some family members (and even us) who lost track of time on schedule. It was a truly beautiful day thanks to her help and we couldn't recommend more.”

“Danny Garcia is a legend of a DJ. He was recommended to us by our venue staff (who had selected him for their own wedding!), and we could not be happier with our decision to go with him. During the planning process, he has an app for couples to use which has everything to help the day run smoothly and to help curate the vibes for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance floor. He is also quick to respond and helpful for any questions you have throughout the entire planning process, and during planning meetings, he goes over both big picture ideas and small details you wouldn’t have considered to make the day flow well. On the day of the wedding, he had perfect transitions during ceremony music, and he edits songs with seamlessly when needed. As an MC, he was so engaging with guests, he made the order of events flow without us having to think or worry about anything, and he brought the energy to another level. The dance floor was a huge highlight of the night for us and for all of our guests—two months out from our wedding day, we still have friends and family compliment how energetic and fun the dance floor was compared to other weddings they have been to. He truly knows how to read the crowd and tailor the setlist to match the energy of the couple and guests. If we had to redo our wedding day a thousand times, we would pick Danny every single time. He’s the best in the business, and we would recommend him to anyone getting married who wants a personalized, flawless, professional DJ experience. We can’t thank you enough for the incredible memories, Danny!”
