“11/10 RECOMMEND. We had the absolute best experience we could have imagined for our August wedding at the Madison. From the very start, our interactions with Brad and Louise felt so special and different. They wanted to know us as people, shared in our excitement and we felt completely taken care of from day one. Brad and Louise were always responsive, open to new ideas and helped us to curate the absolute best experience we could have imagined for our day. I truly cannot recommend this venue/these people enough. As for the venue, the natural and historic beauty of the space speaks for itself. We loved all of the natural wood and the historic feel of the barn while also enjoying upgraded spaces including the Bride and Groom suites. These spaces were full of natural light for photos, all of the amenities we needed and were such a perfect way to start out our day. I will always have precious memories inside of that bridal suite with my favorite people surrounding me. We chose to get married on the back patio which is an absolutely incredible space that we fell in love with immediately. The flowers and greenery outdoors were blooming and made for absolutely stunning photos without us adding additional florals. Brad & Louise’s meticulous care of the property was apparent at every turn from landscaping to décor and more. Brad even built a sweetheart table for two made from historic wood that we were able to use as our head table. Who does that?! They do. Brad and Louise were both present on the day of the wedding and helped to us to make sure everything went smoothly. August in MN can get hot and our day was no exception but the barn stayed plenty cool and was comfortable for our guests to enjoy dancing all night. We didn’t make use of the second story for dinner but we did set up a photo booth and second bar upstairs which allowed guests to step away from the busy dance floor and take in precious moments from above. I could go on and on about the day and the space and just how happy we were with how it all came together. If you are considering this venue—book it. You'll be glad you did.”

“An Absolutely Breathtaking & dedicated venue. We truly feel blessed. Choosing Sunflower Hills in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, was the single best decision we made for our wedding, and the experience was truly magical. This is more than just a gorgeous venue—it's an exceptionally accommodating and supportive place run by the truly remarkable Emily. From the moment we booked, Emily made sure to help us every step along the way. She is not only incredibly kind and caring but also passionately committed to making sure your wedding is everything you've ever dreamed of. Her dedication is unparalleled, and she and her team ensured everything ran flawlessly smooth. The added bonus of her assistance with both set up and take down was a lifesaver and made the entire process stress-free. We highly recommend the all-weekend package. It allowed us to fully settle in and enjoy the entire celebration. The venue itself is one of the most beautiful places, providing a truly breathtaking backdrop for our wedding. The on-site cottage was spotless, very clean, and absolutely perfect for getting ready and staying in—it felt like a clean, peaceful retreat. Emily’s generosity extends further with full use of the garage decor, which saved us so much time and money on rentals. She also is a very talented florist. This place is truly a once in a lifetime Wedding venue opportunity. Lastly the venue over looks of course Sunflowers. They also have cows in the pasture, which was truly the icing on the cake for me as I love cows. They have been my favorite animal since I was very young. Emily knowing how much I expressed my love for cows she had them wait to release the cows to pasture to eat the field so the cows would be present for my wedding ceremony. We took the most incredible photos because of it. I felt like a Disney Princess honestly. It was the most perfect day of my entire life. We cannot recommend Emily and the Sunflower Hill venue enough. If you’re looking for a breathtaking setting combined with world-class support that turns your vision into reality, book Sunflower Hill immediately!”

“From the very beginning, the entire team was wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and genuinely kind throughout the entire planning process. Planning our wedding from out of state could have been stressful, but they made everything feel easy and were always willing to answer questions and help however they could. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It provides such a beautiful foundation that you can transform into whatever vision you have for your wedding. Whether your style is elegant, rustic, romantic, or completely unique, the space works beautifully and lets your personality shine through. One thing we really appreciated was that the venue's policies felt thoughtful and reasonable. We never felt restricted or like we were constantly being told "no." Instead, it felt like they had rules that protected the property while still allowing us the flexibility to create the wedding we wanted. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was. Our out-of-town guests were especially amazed that a place this beautiful even exists.
