Its an idyllic 54-acre site that offers a large strawberry-shaped pond lined and rolling green fields that overlook beautiful wildflowers on our lake, making it a unique and tranquil backdrop to your special day. Forever can start in our 5,000-square-foot glass barn and 3,400-square-foot open barn that accommodates beautiful outdoor receptions. The open barn offers views of our strawberry-shaped pond and palm trees, while the glass barn is the crown jewel of the property. There are five indoor/outdoor ceremony locations to choose from. Exchange vows under one of the magnificent trees overlooking our lake with seating arranged for your guests. Our 12 restroom building will ensure your guests aren't waiting in long lines. The Barn at Jewel Farms was created as an extension of Lake Jewel Farms, a plant nursery and landscaping company in Odessa, FL. Owners Henry and Kristen Arce decided to expand their property and business in 2021, by buying an additional 15 acres of land adjacent to their plant nursery. Their vision was to build a barn as an event center to bring people together for weddings and other special events. There are other usable event spaces including ceremony locations, a covered patio for cocktail hour, Bridal Suite and Grooms Room. Included in the venue rental are wood farmhouse tables with matching chivari chairs or benches and an assortment of additional tables for your use. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. Draping the front of the Farmhouse, our reception area features 3,000 square feet of covered space with all new lighting and sound.

Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family.
