Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen. The other side includes a wet bar area, restroom, changing area, pool table/tv room. A huge decor closet is available to couples at no extra cost. Bring your own vendors! Rusty River Barn is quietly tucked away allowing you and your guests to enjoy acres of secluded beauty that will make your special day not only one to remember, but treasure for a lifetime. The restoration of this historical barn has made it one of Central Ohio’s most beautiful wedding locations. While preserving the history of this farm, we have added all the modern conveniences but with a touch of vintage charm. The venue offers several areas that may be used for ceremonies, which include the Rustic Barn, the Glass House, a sunset wedding on the deck over looking the pond, or you can make your way down a flagstone pathway for a gorgeous natural backdrop that will frame your wedding day.
