She created our day of timeline and handled the whole day with professionalism and enthusiasm. She did a great job with rehearsal and keeping my family on track. On the day, she caught what would have been a few "whoops" moments and kept them from happening (me forgetting my bouquet for the ceremony, etc.). She was very reasonably priced for how hard she worked to help us have the best day ever!! She even stayed late to assist with some extra clean up. Worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend!”

“Hiring Nicole as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding planning process. Nicole was prompt, thoughtful, and generous with her time and attention at every turn, and blew our expectations for a coordinator out of the park. I think it says a lot also when other vendors who do events like this frequently have good things to say, and our other vendors were positively raving about Nicole to us as the lead-in and the actual wedding day unfolded. Some highlights: * Monthly check-ins: Nicole was prompt and helpful in answering questions and making suggestions at each check-in. We got grateful feedback on some of Nicole’s suggestions about venue directions from several of our guests who used the website to navigate. * Very organized run-of-show: Nicole really set us off on a good foot with the wedding itinerary she sent over the month-ish before the wedding. The questionnaire that she sent us to build the initial draft of the itinerary was well-balanced with both brass tacks details and more open-ended questions about the flow and spirit of the day. What we didn’t expect was the amazing job Nicole then did of turning around and communicating with our other vendors about the details we settled on. Over the next week or so we started having our one-month-out check-ins with catering, photography, music, etc. and the major theme was “well I had a long list of questions for you, but your coordinator reached out to me–she is just FANTASTIC–and if we can confirm [insert all the correct details] then actually there’s nothing to do on your end”. It was AWESOME. For example, here is one of the actual quotes from one of my vendors emailing me:   “Nicole and I talked and everything is taken care of, she is delightful and I can’t wait to meet her! Soooo excited for the big day!”  In the chaos of planning such a large-event I’m sure that anyone reading this review can imagine what a pleasure and a relief getting message after message like this is. And those messages were repeated by all of our vendors and many of our guests on the day. The thorough planning Nicole orchestrated really paid off. Our photos got knocked out like 1-2-3-DONE with Nicole’s cat-herding skills and thorough lists of names, and even when there were a few shuffley moments in the day (there will always be *something*) we were able to sail through them pretty breezily because Nicole had a firm handle on the broader spirit that we wanted the day to instill in us and our guests. At the end of our night, Nicole had already gotten most of the venue turned over (definitely, definitely recommend her services at Rural Hill in particular, a venue that she also manages). Our things to take home were neatly packaged to be loaded into our car. It was crazy easy and we were wrapped up in plenty of time for our rental period. As an extra bonus, I remembered the next day that we needed to collect and return a cake stand to our baker–when I reached out to Nicole about it the afternoon of the *day after our wedding*, she had already taken care of its return for us. There is even more I could go on about but my first draft of this review exceeded the character limit: there is really too much to type. TL;DR: Nicole was amazing. I don’t even feel like I covered everything, but she was absolutely key in making our day TOTALLY MAGICAL and RIDICULOUSLY EASY. 10/10 recommend, she is a pleasure to work with and really on top of things.”

I have a degree in Visual Art, but I have been fascinated by photography since I was 14 years old. I moved to the United States from Poland when I was just 16. I created my first photography business in 2010 where I shot moody and aesthetic self-portraits that I later sold as prints. I also designed logos and CD covers for bands. “Ethereal Moments Art was amazing to work with from start to finish and worth every penny. The theme of our May wedding was romantic, storybook/fairytale with lots of mauves, olive and sage colors and we wanted a photographer with an ethereal, intimate, candid style to match. We found Ethereal Moments Art by searching on the Knot. The first "difference-maker" is that the Ethereal Moments Art's website is upfront and transparent about pricing, day-of-timeline and process, which many photographers don't discuss in such detail right away. We were able to clearly envision working together. Plus, we could immediately make a decision to engage based on one of our highest priorities in vendor selection--budget. After an initial call and agreement, we had an engagement shoot. Wioletta suggested a time and place near us that captured our desire for a candid shoot in nature. We had not had a formal photoshoot done before, and Wioletta was professional, patient when we ran into traffic, gave helpful direction, made us feel comfortable, and took charge to capture us while the sun was going down and we were super sweaty! You can't tell at all in the final photos, either - it was a great way to get to know Wioletta and establish trust before the big day. Wioletta helped ease our minds and prepare us for the wedding day by asking for a list of photos that we wanted to have such as locations during first look, family portraits, etc. She and her shooting partner were on time and started working immediately. Even while the bride needed extra time due to a nervous stomach Wioletta was patient and adapted quickly, used that time to collect more photos of family and the venue. Wioletta did a fantastic job capturing all of the key moments, the beauty of the venue, family group portraits, and the candid moments shared amongst everyone having a great time. She provided a preview shortly after the wedding day, and then the whole album within her promised timeframe. Our album consists of thousands of photos(!) and we are very happy with them. Ethereal Moments Art's online platform made it easy to order prints, an heirloom photo album with USB containing all files, and a large framed version of our favorite image - the one of us sitting in the red chairs. It's hanging in our living room today. I cannot recommend Wioletta enough for your wedding and/or engagement. Overall, a pleasure to work with, responds promptly, and is a master of her craft. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate to book. Thanks again, Ethereal Moments Art! Our family will treasure your art for our entire lives.”

“So, I came to Ryan through rec from a friend with very good taste. She told me he was great at creating a vibe, and that was all I needed to hear. I didn’t look into anyone else once Ryan let me know he had my date open. He sends out a pretty comprehensive questionnaire to get a feel for what you want, and he 100% delivers on it. Our wedding was pretty low-key (no official organizer) and Ryan was chill about making announcements, etc. when we checked in with him in the moment. Should I ever need a DJ again, I’ll absolutely hit him up. If anything, I’d probably just let him have more free reign next time. The man knows what he’s doing.”

He beautifully captured all the special moments of our day, and finding someone who could provide high-quality video, drone footage, and 8mm film was a dream come true. Not only did I love the engagement shoots she has done, but it was amazing to see that she had done a lot of weddings at the venue I picked. I had her do my engagement photos & 6hrs for the wedding. She was very responsive anytime I reached out. I know wedding season is very busy, I never felt like I was left hanging. While my new husband is comfortable in-front of the camera, I was very much not. Kelsey is great at guiding and making you feel comfortable. Our engagement photos were something different from her portfolio, the arcade, and she did a phenomenal job like I knew she would.
