She takes time to make sure every detail is perfect and that you will walk into your reception and love your cake! Maddie About Cake is a micro-bakery based in Louisville, KY, specializing in French macarons. We help our customers access high-quality French macarons in a variety of unique and unexpected flavor combinations.

I spent 20 years in the corporate world as a Graphic Designer, and baking was something that I always gravitated to when I felt stressed out. During the pandemic, I found myself in the kitchen a lot. I was constantly trying out new recipes and techniques, growing my arsenal of skills, and learning how to batch bake. I also spent that time setting up my business one block at a time, slowly creating a solid foundation of clients like you that enjoy what I make just as much as I do!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Wolf Treats was born in 2018 when I got my first stand mixer as a gift. I fell in love with the science experiment of baking and the art & creativity of making my baked goods look as good as they taste. I'm also a wife and I'm a mom to a pretty cool kid. Outside of baking and trying new cake/cupcake/cookie trends, I enjoy reading, riding my bike, singing badly, and listening to podcasts (true crime podcasts and business podcasts. What a combo).
