I spent 20 years in the corporate world as a Graphic Designer, and baking was something that I always gravitated to when I felt stressed out. During the pandemic, I found myself in the kitchen a lot. I was constantly trying out new recipes and techniques, growing my arsenal of skills, and learning how to batch bake. I also spent that time setting up my business one block at a time, slowly creating a solid foundation of clients like you that enjoy what I make just as much as I do!

I work hard to create unique pieces of edible art that add flair to your special day. I have been a graphic designer for over 20 years and can easily translate your design ideas into delicious works of art that are fit to be the centerpiece of your event.

    Great baker!

    Tastee Treats Louisville provided us with a beautiful, delicious wedding cake that exceeded our expectations.     Baking + Artistry Excellence!

    Birthday Cake with Macarons

    Emily is beyond talented! Not all cakes that look good taste good and she nailed it. It was so moist and delicious, she recommended a dark chocolate ganache filling for my strawberry cake, and I'm so glad she suggested it. My husband said it was the best cake he's ever had and he considers himself to be a cake connoisseur. Thank you so much for the wonderful cake and excellent professional service. I'll be contacting her again for any of my cake needs!

I charge $40 for a wedding tasting box. Each box includes three cake flavors, fillings, and frostings. You can view flavor options from my website at www.tasteetreatslou.com.
I follow all of Kentucky's State Laws to operate my Cottage Bakery from my home located in Louisville, Kentucky. I also have my Food Handler Certification which allows me to rent space in a commercial kitchen for larger orders.
I offer delivery up to 20 miles to the venue from my location in Louisville, KY. Any miles over that are charged an additional $2 there and back.
I offer all kinds of dessert options outside of the traditional cake. I specialize in French macarons (circles and characters), cookies, cookie sandwiches, frosted brownies, pies, and cheesecake bars.
My creations are unique works of art tailored exclusively to the couple's desires.

My menu items are baked from scratch and contain eggs, dairy, and nuts; however, I can make a vegan variation for most items. While macarons are naturally gluten-free, it does depend on the filling if they are truly gluten-free. I can work with you to ensure your dietary needs are met while offering delicious treats for you and your guests.
