From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and several people even asked who catered the event. The portions were great, everything came out looking professional, and you could tell that they actually take pride in what they serve. What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. The staff was friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional without making things feel stiff or overly formal. They made sure our guests were taken care of and handled things behind the scenes without us having to constantly check in or worry about what was happening next. That allowed us to actually enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time trying to manage everything. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. From a buffet style to plated dinners, we've been lucky to encounter FOC at many of our friends' weddings and other events in the last 7 years also. Since our wedding, we've utilized FOC for their event space and catering for our other important events, i.e. baby shower, first birthdays, holiday meals, etc. The professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction are of utmost importance and it fully shows in every aspect of their operation. “We had a small micro wedding with farmerxbaker in August of 2022. Venue, Food, Cake, Bouquets, Flower Arrangements. Where Do I even start. Absolutely amazing in every way. Jen with farmerxbaker was so easy to work with and went along with all of my ideas and added her own flair to them as well. The food was out of this work (5 Stars for the jalapeno bacon jam!), the cake was delicious, the property was perfect, and the flowers were gorgeous. A million thank yous to famerxbaker and staff- who went out their way on the day of to make sure everything was perfect & all the details were covered, it was everything we wanted and more.
