We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. Even from the very first intro call, Kristen's expertise, passion and kindness were apparent – and that remained true throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was responsive and worked closely with us to make sure our proposal was exactly what we wanted it to be. But most importantly, the way Kristen and her team brought our vision to life on our wedding day left us absolutely speechless (literally had no words when we first saw the reception space). The arrangements that she created were stunning, BEYOND anything that we even envisioned. Her work really pulled the entire event together, and so many guests commented on the incredible tablescapes as well. Also, I love that Blossom Bliss donates all remaining flowers (I believe they go to nursing homes and/or local hospitals if I'm remembering correctly). Since then, we have done several weddings, even was hired by the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio in August 2023.
