Our team and family have built up a cozy brick and mortar in North Park, and a fast-paced location inside Liberty Public Market in Point Loma. San Diego is the best city in the world and we love the rapport we have built within the community. We look forward to continued growth as we spread our Aloha spirit to more venues and customers.

The Wild Thyme Company was founded in 2005 as a culmination of our Chief Foodie, Dawn Carvajal's, extensive culinary experience and desire to highlight the bold, intriguing, and undoubtedly delicious flavors of global cuisine. TWTC celebrates the art of flavors and beautiful ingredients coming together, and how food can create a sense of community. Most of our offerings are custom by client request. Founded on Mediterranean and Coastal California fares, our menus offer a farm-to-table feel, capturing the essence of fresh food and local provisions.
