My name is Drake Tillman. In late 2021 I accepted an offer from some close friends to move from Springfield, Missouri to the Temecula area to start this exciting new venture. Over the past 16 years I've worked in restaurants from fast-casual to fine-dining as well as my own pop-up projects. I've also been fortunate enough to spend some time in Italy spread out over the past few years. A lot of my inspiration comes from Italian traditions, but my cooking draws on different cuisines and life experiences to create exciting seasonal dishes. I look forward to cooking for you.

Right now I am offering two options to clients. The first is our high-end dining experience. These would be either 4, 6 or 8 course plated seasonal tasting menus with a maximum of 10 guests. (We can also provide this option family-style up to 20 guests.) The other option I am offering is wood-fired pizzas along with appetizers, roasted meats, baked pastas, salads and desserts, which is an option that can accommodate up to 75 guests. This type of event would be served buffet-style with pizzas coming fresh out of the wood-fired oven and a beautiful spread of all the other items for your guests to indulge in.

    Chef Drake and his team were absolutely amazing! They took food to a whole new level. We were at a venue and the flavors were so fun and new. Chef Drake Tillman is definitely a limit pusher and we loved every bite. I highly recommend him for your next dinner party, event or wedding.
