On site there are two private changing rooms (with bathrooms) that are available for preparations and touch-ups throughout the day. For this reason, there will be no other bookings or events during your allotted time. We kindly ask that renters provide their own event insurance, valet, security, and bathroom facilities - even though there are two on site. Built in 1904, Lombardi House is a fully restored Victorian-style farmhouse in the heart of Hollywood. Surrounded by mature fruit trees and gardens, this 7,000 square foot historic home sits within walking distance to the charming restaurants of Franklin Village, as well as Hollywood studios, theaters, shopping and dining. Our accommodations are modern, spacious and bright and can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. The entire property is fully gated, enclosed for privacy from the street and offers secure, onsite parking. Original stable and barn refurbished with 35-foot vaulted ceilings is the perfect indoor-outdoor transitional event space. The estate grounds can accommodate up to 250 guests seated/500 guests cocktail style, offering an allinclusive floorplan perfect for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats and parties.
