A native of Oregon, Megan Bamford found her calling to cuisine when she was just a tot. In July of 2013, she was named Pastry Chef on Team USA, a role in which she will always consider being one of the most rewarding experiences in her life. She believes that cooking with fresh ingredients and having a positive attitude are the most powerful tools in the kitchen. Most recently Megan traded her chef coat for a lab coat and studied Food Science and Micro Biology at Penn State. As of May 2017 Megan finally made her way back to west coast to open Bamford Bakeshop with her family.

Based out of McMinnville OR, we are a mobile ice cream trailer that will give your event that unique aspect you are looking for while also serving delicious ice cream. I'm Mylene, born and raised in France, I moved to Portland, Oregon over a year and a half ago. Baking has always been my passion, so I decided to start my own French pastry business to share all my childhood memories back in France. I am the owner and pastry chef of a small and local artisanal French pastry business named French-tastic Patisseries. I offer a large selection of elegant GF French pastries using premium and local ingredients.

My friends and family always raved about my cupcakes. I finally took a leap of faith 8 years ago and Simply Cupcakes has been a great success. I enjoy working with couples to make their vision come true.

Too Sweet Cakes has been making wedding cakes for 10 years - growing into our first brick and mortar back in 2018.
