“My husband and I got married at Granite Rose on October 12th, and we’re still talking about how it was truly the wedding of our dreams. From the moment we first saw the venue (that chandelier sealed the deal!), we knew it was where we wanted to celebrate our day. Every meeting with the team felt fun and upbeat, which made the whole planning process so much easier and genuinely enjoyable. Huge shoutout to Briana, Lily, Anna, and Jillian for supporting us through everything and keeping us on track. Our banquet captain that night, Kerri, made sure our guests were taken care of, and we heard so many compliments about the food and service. Chef Jim, Sous Chef Corey, and their awesome servers, Michael, Phil, and Elijah, really did an amazing job. We also have to rave about our bartender, Mariah. She was hilarious, kind, and just so good at what she does. She added such a fun energy to the night and made it even more special for us and our guests. Can't forget to thank Susanne's Weddings for the amazing floral arrangements and Jacques Pastry Shop for the delicious and perfect wedding cake! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! The venue itself is a gorgeous, magical private oasis with spectacular views, charm and ambiance - all at an amazing price. Josie was super flexible and really allowed us to execute our day however we wanted, from hand picking the menu to assisting all of our guests with their bags and even making extra late night trips to pick up late arrivals. The entire staff at Attean were a complete joy to work with. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true! The cabins are comfortable with stunning views, the food was out of this world, and we felt so welcome and comfortable as a queer couple. We wouldn't change a thing about our experience at Attean Lake Lodge.”

“We got married at Wentworth by the sea hotel & spa in October 2025! We looked at quite a few places before deciding on this venue! I can honestly tell future brides that it was the BEST choice we have ever made! Catherine who was the manager took care of EVERYTHING for us, helped up go step by step and was able to make a very stressful time seem easy! They connect you with a bunch of vendors through them that you can use for invitations, florals, and cake! Every single vendor was reliable and easy to work with, and everything that they worked on came out amazing! I was so happy we used them all! One of the highlights of picking the Wentworth was the amazing bridal suite that you can get for the entire day, we were able to do hair and makeup in it! (no other place we toured would let me do makeup in the bridal suite) & they brought in food and drinks and you had a personal attendant helping you the entire day! We had our ceremony on the back lawn which was set up for fall and used the dock for photos by the water they came out stunning! Catherine and the team did an INCREDIBLE job setting up the ballroom, I gasped when I walked inside it was so stunning! We decided to drape the entire room and it was a wonderful choice it really added to the elegance! They took care of everything behind the scenes and I honestly don't think I had to worry about a single thing the day of. Everything went perfectly according to plan! The food was also incredible! My guests still talk about it! They also saved us appetizers from cocktail hour, and brought us up dessert to our hotel room that we didn't get to eat! They thought of everything under the sun and made sure it was a perfect day! I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and her team! If you are looking for a venue that is classy and timeless and you want a team that will make your day go perfectly have your wedding at Wentworth by the sea hotel and spa! “We had our dream wedding at Grill 28 in September, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly attentive, making the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. One of the best things about this venue is that it provides all the necessities, including tables and chairs. We brought in some of our own chairs for the reception while using theirs for the ceremony. They also offer a wide selection of linens and even the option to add an extra tent to accommodate more guests. What makes this venue truly special is the flexibility to curate your wedding exactly as you envision it. Nestled on the beautiful Pease Golf Course, it’s a hidden gem—a true diamond in the rough! Unlike many wedding venues, we never felt like there was any price gouging. Everything was very reasonable and transparent. The accessibility of this venue is also a huge plus. It’s wheelchair-friendly, and the main tent is set on a concrete pad, so you don’t have to worry about wet or muddy grass—a huge relief if the weather is unpredictable! We had designated rooms to get ready in, and the food was absolutely out of this world! There are multiple spaces to utilize, including the garden patio—perfect for our cocktail hour—and the main tent for our reception. Another bonus is that the venue is owned by the same company as Popovers, so we were able to order our cake directly and even do a tasting! The menus are fully customizable, which made everything feel even more personal. Another big plus is the ample parking, making it easy for all of our guests. We truly have nothing but amazing things to say about Grill 28. If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers both beauty and exceptional service, this is the place!”
