We have worked with Academy Award winning filmmakers, National Geographic photographers, Hollywood producers, cinematographers, and actors, and the Sundance Institute. But most importantly for us, our crew has gained invaluable experience collaborating with couples of all stripes across the globe. Hello we are a husband and wife company. We have covered over 1000 wedding in less than 5 years all across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. We love to travel to so much that we keep our prices affordable giving us the opportunity to cover all over the USA (no travel fees). Our most popular package is our Red carpet giving our clients up to 10 hours of photo and video coverage, 505+ edits, and 2 wedding videos (with the whole ceremony). Hello, I am Alexius. I was born and raised right here in the good ole North Carolina. I live in Raleigh now, but I was raised in a small town of "Midway" (right outside of Winston-Salem). I came to Raleigh back in 2012 to attend NC State University and made Raleigh my permanent home. I found my passion for photography about five years ago and still amazed at the places that my little camera has taken me. I am even more amazed at the friends I have made while pursuing my passion for photography and filmmaking.

I am a man that enjoys history. Far too often, we are completely unaware of ours. Video is relatively new as a mainstream staple in our society and we still don't fully appreciate it's value. My mission, and that of Gilded Heart Films, is to educate couples that work with me on the less thought of benefits of video. 8 generations from now, will they know who you were? Who your family was? Will you fade into obscurity?

My name is Gage Horne, the owner of Gage Horne Studios. I started my company in 2019 (officially) but have been doing video work starting at the age of 11. It started as gaming videos uploaded to YouTube, to shooting professional dance films in college, to starting my own Video Production Service. I found true passion in my work when I realized how important wedding videos are. I had already shot 100+ films before my wedding but realized as a consumer how valuable it is. I love what I do and finding intriguing/interesting ways to display those pieces is what keeps me creative and constantly making my films better.
