The Grand Gallery sits next to the Museum’s exhibitions for easy access to our historical spaces. The Gallery holds up to 100 seated guests! It provides a presentation center, surround sound, and a bar space. It is a great location for anyone looking for a unique space to hold their special event.

Barnwood Events is 10 minutes from Downtown Madison next to the Capital City Bike Trail in a park-like country setting. This brand new barn timber frame building is built with modern amenities for year round events. The venue includes free parking for up to 170 cars and an onsite renovated farmhouse that sleeps up to 14 guests. The barn seats up to 300 inside and has 8 acres of green space and large mature trees that include several options for outdoor or indoor ceremonies and receptions.

From the moment we opened our doors in 2005, Badger Farms has been a popular venue for barn weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, strategic planning retreats, special events, private dinners, etc. Besides being a wedding event venue, Badger Farms is also a working farm, which makes our facility well-liked in the agricultural community. Most of our 540 acres are planted with marsh hay and then sold to southern Wisconsin farmers, horse enthusiasts, and contractors daily. White Pines Lodge is nestled in the scenic and gently rolling hills of Northwest Illinois with facilities which are located in and around White Pines Forest State Park. The Lodge is conveniently located 30 minutes southwest of Rockford and just 90 minutes west of Chicago.

Deer Valley Lodge is the perfect venue to host your Ceremony, Wedding Reception, Gift Opening, and even your overnight Guests. Our 5,000 square foot Banquet Hall, overlooking our 27 Hole Golf Course, can accommodate 350-400 people. The Facility consists of a Full Service Bar, Large Outdoor Patio, Wedding Gazebo with Golf Course View, in-house Event Coordinators, 62 Hotel Rooms, 12,000 square foot Water Park, 2 Get Ready Rooms, and a Built-In Dance Floor. Deer Valley Lodge will make the perfect backdrop for your Special Day!

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.
