We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks.  These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house.  The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT!  We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers.  Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!

Bebe Zito is a small batch ice cream company that hand crafts its products. Bases are made with high quality ingredients, with mix-ins that bring you to flavor town. We at Bebe Zito, champion creativity and authenticity. The parts of you that make you different are what we celebrate.

Bebe Zito is one of my favorite ice cream places in the Twin Cities, so of course I had to have Bebe Zito catering for my wedding! Haleigh, their catering person, was so easy to work with. We did an ice cream tasting and picked 4 flavors for our big day. We decided to do an ice cream sundae for our "cake cutting," but they also have ice cream cake options. Haleigh and another scoop artist came to our venue with an adorable sign, a cooler full of ice cream, and a bunch of toppings, cups, cones, and color-changing spoons. The ice cream was such a huge hit, and we loved sharing our favorite sweet treat with our friends and family.

I loved working with Katie! I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted my cake to look like and she NAILED it! It was even better than the picture! She was very affordable and super transparent about pricing. The original cake design I showed her was done with fondant but due to how expensive it was I went with buttercream and was a bit worried it wouldn’t turn out as nice but it turned out better than I could have ever hoped! I also sent her some color swatches and she nailed the colors! The pick up process was quick and smooth as well! If you are on the fence on who should do your cake you NEED to pick Katie! She truly is amazing!

Welcome! Im Safeera from Prior Lake, Minnesota. I came to the United States 10 years ago from India. Would you believe if I said I did not know how to bake cakes? Yes, thats right. I learned how to bake a cake only in 2012 and slowly made special treats for my kids to enjoy. By 2014 I was good at baking but did not know how to decorate cakes, so a couple of classes at my local craft store was the first step towards the art of decorating.

Kate’s Poperella specializes in hand designed cake pops and cake balls. Cupcakes are also a new addition to our 2022 menu. Stand rentals are also available to rent for cake pops, cake balls and or cupcakes. Cake balls (no stick) start at $30 per dozen and cake pops start at $36 per dozen and go up depending on the design. Cupcakes start at $48 per dozen. All products are sold by the dozen. Cake pops & cake balls- One flavor per dozen ordered. Classic flavors are included and specialty flavors are an additional $6 per flavor (per 2 dozen) added to your order total. Hot cocoa dippers are also available and make great wedding favors.
