Hi! My name is Sydney! I was diagnosed with celiac almost 19 years ago. I have been cake decorating for about 5 years and especially love tall cakes, and adore any vintage piping! I started making macarons a little over a year ago and am so excited to create your dream wedding cake, macaron assortment and dessert table!

Even as a little girl with my cupcake and lemonade stand, I never thought I'd get to turn my creativity into a career. I learned quickly; a desk job is not for me. But running a business, working with couples on a wedding cake of their dreams? Now that is right up my alley. I've always had a knack for creative things. Whether that was a dance class, piano lessons, painting or theater. I've also had a knack for management. Managing my time, keeping up with chaos or connecting with people. This helped me plan my own wedding, help friends with their's and ultimately, end up in the wedding industry where I truly feel I belong.

Growing up I saw my grandmother spark magic with brides and grooms, I saw her make holidays magical with her desserts. She sat there--not partaking of her creations, but rather in the atmosphere she engineered. Brides smiled when they saw her cakes, family stayed when she made her desserts, life-long friends were made. I witnessed that. From a young age, I knew I wanted to give others the celebration and feeling my grandmother gave to us. Brides get married. People have birthdays. Anniversaries happen. Friends are made. Sweet E's Bakery is about making each moment, sweeter.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
