Hi! My name is Sydney! I was diagnosed with celiac almost 19 years ago. I have been cake decorating for about 5 years and especially love tall cakes, and adore any vintage piping! I started making macarons a little over a year ago and am so excited to create your dream wedding cake, macaron assortment and dessert table!

I have a lot of experience when it comes to gluten-free baking, and ensure that it is a safe dessert for any gluten free person to eat! I want you to have your cake (or macs) and eat it too! I specialize in vintage cakes and French macarons!
