“Kim and her entire team at Gola were incredible! Super accommodating, communicative and respectful. We had a wedding with over 250 guests and she remained calm and positive throughout the entire experience even when we added last minute addition like executing our bar. The food was incredible all of our guests loved it especially their pasta course which they so graciously customized to make spicy for me :D My one criticism was that although we prepared them for the heavy-drinking crowd they did end up running out of beer and the bartenders were quite slow with making the drinks (we had recommended batching to help with this). They also ran out of food for our vendors not a huge deal but something that should've been avoided.”

“Our food was incredible! Came out exactly as we were told, flavor was on point, sauces were home made, quality of meats were excellent, and all little details were attended to. While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile. Since then, we have evolved into a full-service catering company, offering a variety of sandwiches, sliders, and cocktail bites, and serving events that range from weddings and birthday parties to large-scale events!
